Job summary

ION Solar, LLC is seeking an Inventory Crew Member in Bloomington, IL to maintain accurate stock and support efficient warehouse operations. You will verify inventories, handle stock, and ensure correct quantities, while using warehouse equipment and inventory software.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, strong communication, and attention to detail, with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Solar industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with inventory analysis.
• Solar experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and participates in physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
• Evaluates warehouse materials to maintain quality.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks to receive stock and fill orders.
• Maintains records and documents like receipts, logs, inventory reports.
• Operates warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and trailers.
• Prepares reports to maintain accurate business records.
• Provides quality customer service to support efficient operations.
• Receives stock and non-stock items ensuring correct specs, quantity, quality.
• Analyzes discrepancies on orders and invoices to correct errors.
• Responds to staff and vendor inquiries regarding invoices and deliveries.
