Job summary

Ion Solar is seeking an Inventory Crew Member in Columbus, OH to support warehouse operations. The role emphasizes maintaining accurate stock levels, processing deliveries, and generating reports. Must be able to operate forklift and handle documentation for inbound and outbound inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory analysis preferred.
• Solar industry experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
• Evaluate warehouse materials to maintain quality.
• Load/unload delivery trucks to receive stock or fill orders.
• Maintain physical and electronic records (receipts, logs, reports).
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and trailers.
• Prepare reports to maintain accurate records for business service.
• Provide quality customer service to support warehouse operations.
• Analyze discrepancies on orders/invoices and correct errors.
• Respond to staff/vendor inquiries regarding invoices and deliveries.
