ION Solar, a fast-growing solar company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to manage inventory, verify stock, and support shipping/receiving operations. The role requires forklift experience and a valid driver's license, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

The position emphasizes inventory control, data entry, and organization in a fast-paced warehouse environment, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory analysis preferred.
• Solar or related experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License; willing to submit to MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
• Evaluates warehouse materials to maintain quality.
• Loads/unloads delivery trucks to receive stock or fill orders.
• Maintains documents and records (receipts, logs, reports).
• Operates warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trailers).
• Prepares reports to maintain accurate records for business services.
• Provides quality customer service to maintain an efficient work environment.
• Receives stock and non-stock items to ensure order accuracy.
