Job summary

Ion Solar is seeking an Inventory Crew Member at the Bloomington, IL warehouse to support daily warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock levels. The role focuses on inspecting inventory, processing orders, and ensuring item quality and quantity align with records.

The position is full-time with a salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, and offers benefits including health/vision/dental, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays. Local candidates with forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with inventory analysis.
• Solar or relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Proficient with inventory software and data-entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and participates in physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
• Evaluates warehouse materials to maintain quality.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks to receive stock and fill orders.
• Maintains records and reports (receipts, logs, inventory, warehouse reports).
• Operates warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, company vehicles, trailers).
• Prepares reports to maintain accurate business records.
