Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking an Inventory Lead to manage warehouse organization and ensure timely supply of materials to production and finished goods to distribution. This role provides tactical leadership, oversees forklift operations, and ensures safety, quality, and efficiency in daily activities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inventory control, forklift certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years inventory control experience.
• Forklift certified with 1+ year experience.
• Strong communication both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling materials.

Responsibilities

• Interpret production schedule and submit material requests via ERP to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organize and coordinate returns of packaging materials after production.
• Use FIFO for material pulls to ensure traceability.
• Oversee warehouse organization and safe operation of equipment.
• Receive POs and process paperwork per Compliance and Accounting needs.
• Lead a small transportation team and supervise floor staff during shifts.
