Job summary

Westrock Coffee in North Carolina is seeking an Inventory Lead to organize and manage the warehouse, ensuring production materials and finished goods flow seamlessly to production and distribution teams.

You will lead the team, manage ERP transactions, perform cycle counts, supervise a small transport crew, operate a forklift, and uphold safety and GMP standards while coordinating with manufacturing and supply chain colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• Forklift certified with 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations.
• Effective communication, self-starter and problem-solver.
• Attention to detail with professionalism and honesty.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2+ years leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret production schedule and submit material requests via ERP to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Organize returns of leftover packaging after production.
• Use FIFO for lot-based material pulls.
• Maintain organization of raw materials and finished goods.
• Receive POs in ERP and process documents for Compliance/Accounting.
• Manage small transportation team and supervise warehouse fleet.
• Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain on non-conformities.
• Execute inventory transactions in ERP.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain safety procedures.
• Participate in daily team meetings; assist with shift transitions and breaks.
• Willingness to work holidays occasionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
