Westrock Coffee is seeking a Liquids Warehouse Lead in Concord, NC. This role supervises inventory flows, coordinates material requests via ERP, and ensures safe, efficient warehouse operations for production and distribution teams.

The role requires forklift certification, 2+ years of inventory control, and leadership experience. Strong communication and adherence to GMP are essential to keep daily goals on track.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• Forklift certified with 1+ years of experience.
• Able to follow instructions and safety regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret production schedule and submit material requests via ERP.
• Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory accuracy.
• Organize returns of packaging materials after production.
• Use FIFO for material pulls by lot number.
• Maintain organization of raw materials and finished goods.
• Receive POs in ERP and process related paperwork.
• Supervise small transportation team and forklift operations.
• Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain teams on issues.
• Execute inventory transactions in ERP.
• Perform duties safely and follow GMP requirements.
• Lead daily team meetings and train equipment operators.
