Job summary

WestRock Coffee is seeking a Warehouse Associate -- Material Handler in Little Rock, Arkansas to support daily warehouse and production material flow. The role involves shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, stocking materials, and ensuring accurate system transactions.

You will coordinate with supervisors, perform cycle counts, maintain safety compliance with OSHA, and help keep the dock clean and organized while meeting production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience operating PIT equipment.
• 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience.
• Ability to use basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to organize work and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow schedules and oral/written instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine production materials needed for scheduled runs.
• Complete RF transactions to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other PITs per training and OSHA rules.
• Perform receiving and shipping activities including loading/unloading and documenting movement.
• Pick, stage, stock, and transfer inventory using powered equipment and barcode scanning.
