Job summary

Westrock Coffee in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Warehouse Associate -- Material Handler to support day-to-day warehouse and production material flow. You will assist in shipping and receiving, loading and unloading, and moving materials within the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include coordinating material needs with supervision, performing real-time RF transactions, and maintaining safety and cleanliness under OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating PIT equipment.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years powered lift truck experience.
• Ability to use basic math for counts and transactions.
• Strong time management and teamwork in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production materials with supervisor for scheduled runs.
• Perform RF real-time transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other PIT per training and OSHA rules.
• Handle receiving and shipping, load/unload trailers, verify counts.
• Stock, stage, and transfer inventory using powered equipment and barcodes.
• Maintain dock and warehouse cleanliness per OSHA and safety regs.
• Support cycle counts, location audits, and other warehouse duties.
• Supply materials to production lines in correct quantities using FIFO.
• Return unused packaging promptly and complete system transactions.
• Transport pallets to dock for wrapping, staging, shipping; ensure pallets secure.
