Capital Electric in Charlotte, NC seeks a Lead Outbound Warehouse Associate to drive the region’s logistics and lead a busy warehouse team. You will coordinate inbound and outbound activities, supervise daily tasks, and ensure safety and quality as essential priorities.

In this role, you guide staff through packaging, staging and loading while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. A strong team leader with forklift experience will thrive here in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to organize and manage time to keep operations running smoothly.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic arithmetic; detail-oriented work.
• Must be a safe, certified forklift operator with multitasking capability.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience; electrical distribution knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics from receipt to shipment using Solar Eclipse software.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring speed and accuracy to standards.
• Lead and coach warehouse associates in packaging, staging, loading, and material movement.
• Maintain quality control for all products leaving the warehouse.
• Uphold safety SOPs and OSHA requirements; ensure a clean, safe workplace.
• Operate forklifts and support a dynamic warehouse team.
