Capital Electric in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lead Outbound Warehouse Associate to drive all incoming and outgoing logistics. You will lead a team to ensure peak efficiency, coordinate tasks, and maintain our status as the region's leading electrical distributor.

Responsibilities include end-to-end logistics using Solar Eclipse, supervising packaging, loading, and safety, while coaching teammates and upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be a proficient forklift operator; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Logistics: Manage the complete journey of products from arrival to shipment using Solar Eclipse software.
• Shipment Supremo: Oversee all incoming/outgoing logistics with speed and accuracy.
• Team Lead & Coach: Guide warehouse associates through daily tasks and safety.
• Quality Control Captain: Ensure products meet high quality standards before shipping.
• PIT Master: Operate a variety of Forklifts and move materials efficiently.
