Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Houston distribution center. You will receive, stock, pick, pack and dispatch goods according to established procedures and customer orders.

Daily tasks include loading/unloading, inventory checks, and operating forklifts or pallet jacks. You will work with a safety-minded team to meet shipping deadlines while maintaining data accuracy and adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn warehouse software.
• Safety-minded with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receives, handles, stocks, and dispatches goods according to procedures.
• Processes shipments and prepares items for loading with accuracy.
• Operates forklifts/pallet jacks and ensures proper stacking.
• Maintains inventory records and cooperates with the team to meet schedules.
• Complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
