Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team in Tennessee. You will receive, handle, stock, record, and dispatch goods in a fast-paced warehouse, following established procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will operate forklifts/pallet jacks, load and unload shipments, prepare orders, and maintain inventory records while following safety guidelines. Overtime and shift variability may occur in a dynamic distribution center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and work orders.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Forklift/cherry picker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments by loading orders per production schedule and customer orders.
• Unload, receive, and store incoming goods; check for damage and discrepancies.
• Sort, label, move, and store goods by code; optimize warehouse space.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods using pick sheets.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist in inventory counts and safety compliance.
