Vallen Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, handle, stock, and dispatch goods in our distribution center. You will follow established procedures and safety guidelines while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires reading and interpreting work orders, basic math, and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for overtime and physical duties is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, and procedures.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office and industry systems preferred.
• Demonstrated math ability and attention to detail; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, stock, and store goods according to procedures.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices.
• Sort, label, move, and store items to optimize warehouse space.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods; use pick sheets.
• Load trucks for delivery; ensure items are secured for transport.
• Enter stock data into inventory systems and assist with counts.
