Job summary

Wis-Pak is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support logistics and distribution. You will load and unload trucks, operate forklift and related equipment, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift certification, basic computer and scanner use, and strong English communication. Expect a team-focused workplace with safety as a priority and opportunities for overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation skills and ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in 60–90F+ temperatures.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors.
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Complete and file all required documentation timely and organized.
• Additional duties as assigned.
