Job summary

Core-Mark is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator in Heath, OH. You will count stock, maintain accuracy, and prepare inventory reports while using Word, Excel and Outlook. The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to work a 5:00 AM–1:30 PM shift with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities include tracking materials, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring shrink is controlled. This position offers growth within a leading distribution organization serving the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and must pass post-offer checks.
• 6+ months warehouse experience in inventory preferred.
• Strong math skills and accurate information communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; basic computer skills expected.
• Ability to work scheduled times and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Count materials and post inventory records.
• Compare inventories to records and compute figures.
• Verify corrections and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and weekly cycle counts.
• Maintain shrink at or below company standard and assist other duties.
