Job summary

Core-Mark is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator in Heath, OH to maintain accurate stock records and ensure efficient distribution. The role requires attention to detail, strong math skills, and experience with inventory systems across multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities include counting stock, verifying quantities, and preparing inventory reports. Candidates should be proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook and able to work Monday–Friday with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse experience in inventory.
• Strong math skills and ability to apply them to inventory reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Able to stand, lift 10–35 lbs and reach up to 60–90 lbs as needed.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Counts materials and post inventory records.
• Compare inventories to office records and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify calculations against physical counts and adjust errors.
• Compile receipts or disbursements of materials and supplies.
• Monitor inventory rotations and make recommendations.
• Prepare inventory balances and weekly cycle counts.
