Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, is hiring an Inventory Auditor in Solon, OH. You will monitor and maintain accuracy of operating company inventories, counts, and records to ensure efficient distribution operations.

The role requires 6+ months warehouse inventory experience, basic math and MS Office skills, and ability to work varied shifts with overtime. Physical lifting, multi-temperature environments, and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ months inventory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate information accurately and apply strong math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate computer skills.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift/replenish products weighing 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts inventory records.
• Compares inventories to office records or computer figures.
• Verifies clerical computations against physical counts and investigates discrepancies.
• Compiles receipts or disbursements of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
• Monitors inventory rotations and makes recommendations as needed.
• Prepares reports such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
• Reviews and investigates daily reports.
• Maintains shrink at or below company standard.
• Prepares list of depleted items and surveys defective items.
