Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory variance resolution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead inventory control team members for production, warehouse, and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly inventory control plans.
• Lead root-cause investigations for variances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and ensure data integrity of locations and BOMs.
• Oversee regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of physical inventory.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, and Production to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Monitor and report key inventory metrics like shrinkage and stock turns.
• Facilitate training for team members on inventory processes and safety standards.
• Participate in physical inventories and inventory events.
