SupplyHouse.com in Reno, NV is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the Inventory Control Team within our 196,000 sq. ft. fulfillment center. You will drive accuracy, space efficiency, and performance through daily audits, coaching, and KPI oversight.

You will report to the Inbound Manager and collaborate with fulfillment partners to implement process improvements. The role requires leadership experience in a warehouse setting and a strong grasp of WMS and data reporting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Proven experience overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop associates to achieve departmental goals.
• Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Working knowledge of WMS, RF scanners, and standard operating procedures.
• Prior experience creating and automating reports and using data to solve real world issues.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and ability to promote a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory at a high level of accuracy, space efficiency, and organization.
• Identify patterns in inventory issues and present findings to address with team.
• Ensure bin audits and cycle counts are performed daily.
• Track performance of each team member and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure KPI success for the department.
• Conduct monthly check-ins with Inventory Control team members.
• Address personnel and performance incidents promptly.
• Ensure timecards are accurate and up to date.
• Attend HR Leadership meetings twice a month.
• Execute process improvements with the Inbound Manager to support growth.
• Lead projects and monitor physical and system inventory for discrepancies.
