Job summary

CV Logistics Ltd in Tempe, AZ is seeking a procurement and facilities support role at the Tempe Milk Plant. The position requires onsite work five days a week, 8 am to 4 pm Arizona time, with some overtime possible.

You will manage purchase orders, monitor inventory, forecast needs for maintenance materials and tools, assist with facility contracts (HVAC, janitorial, repairs), and prepare cost and vendor performance reports for management review and audit purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of critical materials.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of maintenance and operational supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Assist maintenance teams to forecast material and tool needs for preventive maintenance while maintaining regulatory and company standards.
• Assist in managing contracts for facility services, such as HVAC, janitorial, and equipment repairs, ensuring all agreements align with company policies.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, costs, and vendor performance for management review and audit purposes.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to facility management, procurement, and compliance.

Role hours: 8 am - 4pm Arizona time M-F subject time. Can be worked out with the hiring manager. Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime as needed.

Candidate must be eligible to be employed for an indefinite duration with out limitations.
