Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and procure materials.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance and operational supplies.
• Forecast material and tool needs for preventive maintenance.
• Manage facility service contracts (HVAC, janitorial, equipment repairs).
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, costs, and vendor performance.
• Support administrative tasks related to facility management, procurement, and compliance.
