Job summary

Nammo Defense Systems, Inc Career Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Control Clerk to maintain the warehouse, manage consumables, tooling, and spare parts, and track calibrations and inspections.

You will support shipping/receiving, keep accurate records, and work a four-day, 10-hour schedule with Fridays off; benefits include health coverage, PTO, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries; verify shipments and inspect for damages.
• Maintain records of inventory levels, inspections, and calibrations; generate reports.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse/Inventory Control Clerk to join our team in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the warehouse, managing consumables, tooling inventory, spare parts, conducting golf cart and forklift inspections, and tracking calibrations. This role ensures the efficient operation of our warehouse and supports overall production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials and equipment.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage consumables, tooling inventory, and spare parts.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement to reorder supplies as needed.

Equipment Inspections:

• Conduct routine inspections of golf carts and forklifts to ensure operational safety.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Calibration Tracking:

• Maintain records of equipment calibration schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely calibration of tools and equipment.

Shipping and Receiving:

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect for damages.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, inspections, and calibrations.
• Generate reports as required by management.
