CJ Logistics America seeks an HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner to site leadership, shaping HR strategy, engagement, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will lead with empathy, provide coaching, and deliver HR programs to support both short-term goals and long-term growth.

You will oversee recruiting coordination, employee relations, and HR analytics, ensuring strong relations across all levels and a positive work culture within a 24/7 operation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• 4–6 years in HR management with hourly workforce.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
