Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Group Coach to oversee Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics operations in Miamisburg, OH. The role focuses on safe, accurate, and efficient material flow from receipt through shipment while developing employees and supporting production schedules.

You will lead multiple shifts, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with internal teams and carriers to meet delivery goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience leading hourly teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
• Forklift, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Production System experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Material Handling teams
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Manage inbound receiving, inventory transactions, material storage, and outbound shipments
• Coordinate transportation, freight carriers, intercompany transfers, and customer deliveries
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle count and material control initiatives
• Lead staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development
• Develop and maintain training matrices and cross-training programs
• Resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Establish and track department KPIs and ensure achievement of operational goals
