Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a hands-on Group Coach to oversee Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics operations at the First Flight facility in Miamisburg, OH. This leadership role manages multiple shifts, develops staff, and drives continuous improvement to meet production schedules and ensure safe, accurate material flow.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, coaching, and KPI achievement while coordinating inbound/outbound logistics and carrier partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience leading hourly teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
• Forklift, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Production System experience is a plus.

Position Summary

Accelevation is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of materials from receipt through shipment while developing employees, supporting production schedules, and driving continuous improvement across multiple shifts.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
