Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse/shipping role.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand production schedule and verify material on the floor for shipment.
• Process incoming and outbound shipments and create shipping documents.
• Schedule trucks and coordinate with the field team and SPMs.
• Maintain ERP shipping records and update OTIF board daily.
• Communicate delays or discrepancies to relevant departments.
• Follow 5S policies and SOPs in the warehouse.
