Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Team Coach) in Miamisburg, OH to ensure production operations run smoothly, maintain quality standards, and drive team performance to support our rapid growth. This role directly oversees shipping operations and mentors multiple teams while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse and shipping environment.
• Forklift experience required; certifications preferred.
• Strong experience in shipping and logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
• Manage daily shipping operations
• Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge
• Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency
