Job summary

RAS Logistics LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager for our warehouse to lead staff, ensure compliance, safety, and strong site leadership. The role operates independently with sound judgment and maintains confidentiality.

You will manage the location’s budget and profitability, oversee accounts receivable and driver settlements, drive safety improvements, coordinate with delivery teams, and supervise warehouse and office staff in person.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Must pass a background screen and drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the location budget and profitability and manage financials.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Driver Settlement processes.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance across the site.
• Manage daily operations and resolve safety, service, or customer issues.
• Supervise warehouse and office staff and recruit local team as needed.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee vendor and route coordination.
