Job summary

RAS Logistics LLC is seeking a Terminal Manager for our Wisconsin warehouse. This role leads staff in compliance, safety, and operations, making independent decisions to protect confidentiality and improve performance.

You will oversee budget and profitability, supervise warehouse and office teams, manage driver settlements, and ensure DOT compliance while coordinating with customers and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years related job experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass background screen and drug test.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee location budget and profitability.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Driver Settlement.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA hours of service and other safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and develop Warehouse & Office Team.
• Oversee delivery teams, recruiting and contractor management.
• Monitor inventory and verify installation parts.
• Verify routes and delivery team assignments; communicate with customers.
