Xpedient Logistics in Dallas, TX seeks a General Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, align production targets with customer goals, and drive overall performance. You will steer budgeting, staffing, and safety while building a world-class team across shifts and functions.

Ideal candidates will have strong P&L experience, data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of achieving high employee engagement and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse management at a supervisory/manager level.
• Proficiency with a WMS system and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to manage P&L and budgeting processes.
• Strong numeric and analytical skills for reporting and decision making.
• Proven time management with clear objectives and priorities.
• Experience leading large teams across multiple shifts.
• Experience in workforce planning and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer through proactive communication and data driven results.
• Understand and meet production targets.
• Review and evaluate performance reports.
• Meet production targets for the team.
• Follow up on production targets for the team.
• Take charge of scheduling work and tasks.

• Ensure that all members of the team meet targets consistently.
