Job summary

New Balance in Salt Lake City seeks a Distribution Center Associate to pick, pack, ship, and process returns with safety as a priority. You will organize shipments, inspect items for damage, and log inventory while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English and ability to match numbers/letters.
• Stable work history and dependable performance in warehouse roles.
• Able to use RF scanner or WMS workstation and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and process returns.
• Organize shipments to third party distributors and log inventory.
• Inspect shipments for damage, record discrepancies, and notify supervisor.
• Replenish warehouse shelves and manage seasonal inventory changes.
• Identify defective units and document reasons; adhere to safety rules.
• Support other duties as assigned in a distribution center.
