Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate for our Utah facility in Payson. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading while ensuring accuracy and efficiency and adhering to safety standards.

Daily duties include unloading shipments, counting/inventory logging, moving orders to shipping, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Requires basic math, ability to lift up to 50 lb, and RF scanner familiarity.

Qualifications

• Standing/walking throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
• Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic computer and RF scanner operation.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments; verify against manifest.
• Pick and transport orders to shipping areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and rotate stock.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety programs and KPI targets.
• Identify and solve daily warehouse issues.
