Job summary

New Balance in Salt Lake City is seeking a Distribution Center associate to ensure safe, accurate handling of orders and inventory. The role focuses on on-site trucking, order picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.

Qualified candidates will hold a Class A CDL with a solid driving record, be able to lift 50 lbs regularly, and operate RF scanners and WMS systems. Typical day shift, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work; strong benefits and employee discounts available.

Qualifications

• CDL required with at least 2 years driving experience and clean driving record.
• Must be able to read and understand English and match numbers/letters.
• Experience using RF scanners or WMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks on property; occasional off-property trips for fuel and maintenance.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders; process returns/exchanges.
• Organize shipments to third-party distributors and manage inventory flows.
• Inspect shipments for damages and log discrepancies.
