Job summary

New Balance's Nashville Distribution Center is hiring a warehouse associate to pick, pack, ship orders, process returns, and organize inventory for world-wide distribution. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely handling of goods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven stability and dependability in the workplace.
• Ability to use RF scanner or WMS workstation.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, process returns/exchanges; troubleshoot problems to resolution.
• Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors.
• Log inventory and inspect for damages or defects.
