Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Grand Prairie, TX. The role supports warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Pay is $18.98 per hour, schedules are Monday–Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and duties include unloading, labeling, and using WMS to track inventory. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and proficiency with pallet jacks, RF scanners, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail to correctly identify products, labels, and shipping documents.
• Experience or ability to operate pallet jacks, RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
• Good organizational skills for fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manually unload trailers and cargo.
• Repackage and relabel products as needed.
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Sort and place parts or products in racks and storage areas.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Identify and remove damaged products when received.
• Read production schedules, orders, and shipping documents to determine items to move.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Follow safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
