Job summary

Staffmark Group in Northlake, TX is hiring for a Fulfillment Specialist to pick, pack, and prepare orders in a fast-paced, highly automated warehouse. You will use RF scanners, read pick tickets, and ensure items are accurate and ready for shipment.

This role offers a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or Sunday–Thursday 3:30 PM–11:30 PM schedule, competitive weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse or fulfillment training is beneficial.
• Equivalent education accepted.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Pack products according to requirements.
• Load and unload trucks and move goods.
• Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory.
• Stock and replenish inventory in designated locations.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy.
