Job summary

ODP Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Grand Prairie, TX distribution facility to support daily order fulfillment. You will perform distribution tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and related duties in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic English, and the ability to lift up to 70-150 pounds. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; comfortable with Microsoft Word & Excel and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Basic computer skills (internet, keyboard, documents).
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions across tasks such as picking, packing, or shipping.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed.
• Support safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
