ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Grand Prairie, TX to support daily order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution facility. You will perform picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping/receiving, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic English, math, and computer skills, with the ability to lift up to 150 pounds infrequently. A high school diploma is preferred and flexibility in scheduling is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic English communication, math, and computer skills.
• Experience with Word/Excel is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related tasks such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
• Operate pallet jack as needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to improve processes.
• Adapt to varying tasks and schedules; participate in continuous improvements.
• Possess reliable attendance and teamwork.
