Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse, inventory control, shipping, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience shipping PO to retailers or working with retailer/vendor compliance is a plus.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, palletize, stage, and ship wholesale orders per retailer/vendor requirements and SLAs.
  • Prepare shipments with labeling, carton and pallet config, docs, and routing instructions.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse; assist with inventory transactions and DTC orders as needed.
  • Attend daily meetings and complete required training; support process improvements.

Position Description

The Warehouse & Fulfillment Business to Business (B2B) Associate is responsible for picking, packing, palletizing, staging, and shipping wholesale purchase orders to retail partners. This role supports wholesale inventory transactions, ensures shipments are prepared accurately and according to retailer/vendor requirements, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This is a **physically demanding, hands-on warehouse position** that requires regular lifting, moving, stacking, and handling of product and pallets.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, palletize, stage, and ship wholesale purchase orders in accordance with retailer/vendor requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Prepare shipments according to specific retailer and vendor requirements, including labeling, carton configuration, pallet configuration, documentation, and routing instructions.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and other equipment required to complete daily warehouse operations.
  • Build, wrap, move, and stage pallets for carrier pickup and shipment.
  • Load and unload product, pallets, and other materials as needed.
  • Verify product, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation to ensure orders are accurate and compliant with retailer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate organization of all B2B vendor shipping documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and assist with overall facility cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Adhere to a daily work schedule and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Work overtime when requested or required due to increases in purchase order volume or business needs.
  • Assist with wholesale inventory transactions, replenishment, and other inventory-related activities as needed.
  • Pick, pack, and ship Direct to Consumer (DTC) orders as needed to support overall warehouse operations.
  • Contribute to warehouse projects and process improvements when needed or requested by leadership.
  • Attend mandatory beginning-of-day and end-of-day team meetings.
  • Complete assigned training on time and follow all warehouse safety procedures.
  • Encourage and help build a positive work environment by showing respect, kindness, and support to fellow employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior experience shipping purchase orders to retailers or working with retailer/vendor compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Prior WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience is a plus.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • This is a physically demanding warehouse position requiring frequent movement and manual handling of product throughout the workday.
  • Consistently work in a warehouse environment.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Frequently perform repetitive physical tasks, including picking, packing, palletizing, wrapping, and moving product.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to **60 pounds**.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, stack, and unstack pallets and product.
  • Must be able to safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery/equipment.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, and work at varying heights as required to perform warehouse duties.
  • Must be able to safely maneuver product and pallets throughout the warehouse and staging areas.
  • Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle product, packaging materials, equipment, and computer devices.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear.
  • Ability to perform physical duties for extended periods throughout the workday.
Rate of Pay

$17–$18/hour, depending on experience.
