Job summary

iBuy is seeking a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate to keep orders moving in a high-volume ecommerce distribution center. You will group customer orders in our WMS, batch them for efficient picking, and ensure timely shipping across multiple platforms and vendors.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of order dispatching experience, comfort with daily computer use, and strong attention to detail. Training will be provided, and the team values clear communication and reliable prioritization.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

About the role

We are hiring a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate to help keep orders moving. You will work in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to group customer orders, send them to the pickers, and make sure they ship on time.

We are looking for an experienced person in a high volume, fast paced distribution center dealing with direct-to-consumer ecommerce. The company ships on multiple platforms and for multiple vendors.

The person for this job will have a minimum of 2 years of experience downloading orders from the various platforms, batching those orders for efficient picking based on various criteria, and distributing the orders to the pickers and shippers.

What you will do

• Group and release customer orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Send order batches to warehouse pickers.
• Watch order progress and adjust priorities so shipments go out on time.
• Communicate with warehouse inventory team to resolve order issues

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of order dispatching experience required.
• Comfortable using a computer every day. Basic skills are fine. We will train you on our system.
• Experience creating, releasing, or managing picking batches is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse software throughout the day.
• Strong communication.
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to work throughout a warehouse environment for the duration of the shift.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions.

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar warehouse software.
