Job summary

Red E, LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Fargo, ND. You will receive, organize, and ship products, maintain accurate inventory records, and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move throughout shifts, and a willingness to learn warehouse systems. Forklift certification is preferred.

Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and general warehouse organization. This is a hands‑on role focused on ensuring products, materials, and customer orders are accurately received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner.

This role works collaboratively with team members across the organization to support efficient operations and deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
  • Assist with assembly, packaging, or light production activities as needed.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, supply chain, and customer service teams to support operational needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and organization.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high‑quality standard.
  • Maintain accurate and organized work practices.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

  • Ability to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse and inventory systems.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred.
