Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a dependable Lift Operator to transport and stage merchandise in our York distribution facility. You will operate a Hi Lo forklift (reach truck), move items to designated locations, and accurately track inventory with field devices while following all safety procedures.

The role offers a 4-day work week, day shift starting at 6:30am, and paid training with benefits from day one. Wage starts at $19/hour plus potential incentive pay upon training completion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience operating material handling equipment
• Experience on Reach Truck/stand up forklift required
• Strong safety focus and ability to follow SOPs

Responsibilities

• Operate Hi Lo forklift to move merchandise to designated locations
• Track inventory with handheld computer
• Stack and rotate stock and replenish pick slots
• Stage finished product in storage areas
• Load/unload merchandise from trailers
• Follow forklift safety protocols
• Occasionally lift varying case weights up to 60 lbs

Position Overview

Keep our communities fed. As a FTA Incentive Lift Operator, you will transport merchandise to, from, and within the warehouse to put away, drop down, and rotate full pallets of stock through the warehouse inventory reserve racks using a stand-up forklift.

Job Description

• Earn $19 per hour - Plus incentive pay when you graduate training!


• Day Shift - 630am start until done


• 4 day work week - multiple schedules available


• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operating a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse


• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology


• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment


• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders


• Staging finished product in designated storage areas


• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers


• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse


• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
