Job summary

ES3 is seeking a Tower Loader for our York, PA distribution center. Start at $19 per hour with potential to earn $25+ per hour after training. This full-time, 1st shift role runs Wed–Sat, 7:00am–5:30pm, at 4875 N Susquehanna Trail.

You’ll operate forklifts or electric pallet jacks, inspect trailers, verify orders with RF devices, load pallets securely, and perform safety checks. Physical demands apply.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard procedures.
• Team-oriented with a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to work in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts or electric pallet jacks to move pallets.
• Inspect trailers before loading and verify orders using RF devices.
• Load pallets into trailers and ensure secure handling to prevent damage.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Occasionally lift 1–60 lb items and work at varying heights.

As a Tower Loader, you will move pallets of merchandise from staging areas and load proper trailers. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.Job Description

• Starting rate $19/hr with an earning potential of $25+/hr after training!
• Full Time, 1st shift available
• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• 7:00am - 5:30pm
• Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
