Job summary

ES3, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Unloader in York, PA. You will unload and receive inbound trailers, document receiving details, and move products using forklifts and pallet jacks. This role requires standing, lifting, and continuous movement in a fast-paced grocery warehouse environment.

The position offers paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one, including medical and 401(k). Shift is 1st, with 4/10s and at least one weekend day, starting at 6:30 am.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures.
• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive inbound trailers; record codes and break down pallets.
• Use forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise.
• Move pallets from the dock to correct aisles; work quickly to prevent backlog of trucks.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Safely lift varying case weights and heights as needed.

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Unloader, you’ll be part of a productive team, tasked with unloading and receiving inbound trailers. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for energetic individuals who are highly organized and like to stay active.

Job Description

• Starting rate $19/hr with an earning potential of $20+/hr after training!

• Full Time, 1st shift available

• Schedule: 4/10s with at least one weekend day, 6:30am start time until end of shift. overtime as required

• Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Receiving product, recording code dates & breaking down pallets of product according to appropriate receiving procedures

• Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise

• Maneuvering pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles

• Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product

• Performing equipment inspections & completing appropriate forms

• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift

• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead

• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
