ES3, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Selector to pick, gather, and organize products for delivery to local customers. The role involves standing, lifting, and operating a walkie-rider or electric pallet jack, with a 4-day schedule and both day and night shifts.

Training is provided, with benefits from day one and opportunities for tuition reimbursement. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential, increasing after training to $24.00/hour, and top performers can earn $35+ per hour

• General Equivalency Diploma or General Studies; High School Diploma - General Studies.

Responsabilidades

• Picking items using order sheets or audio headset.
• Stacking items on pallets for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensuring order accuracy while following safety standards.
• Operate walkie-rider or pallet jack as needed to move cases.
• Apply selection labels to cases.
• Wrap products safely to prevent damage.
• Report discrepancies in quantity or description to supervisor.
• Complete equipment inspections and related forms.
• Frequent lifting of varying weights and heights.
• Follow safety procedures for material handling equipment.

As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll pick, gather & organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers. Job Description

• Starting total Pay of $22.00 per hour ($22.00/hour base + $.50 shift differential)
• After Training, rate increase to $24.00 /hour plus uncapped earning potential through performance incentive! Top Performers earn up to $35+ per hour!
• Full Time - Days or Nights
• 4 day work week (6:30AM - 4PM or 6:30PM - 4:00AM)

You will contribute by:

• Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset
• Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors
• Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standards
• Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)
• Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damages
• Informing Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
