Job summary

Lactalis Heritage Dairy in Casa Grande, AZ is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator. This full-time role requires a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotation, with competitive pay up to $22/hour and shift differentials. You will move ingredients and finished goods, load/unload trailers, and ensure safe handling of products.

Qualifications include a High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year forklift experience. Prior dairy manufacturing work is a plus; RAF and SAP knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
6 months to 1 year of standup forklift experience.
Experience in dairy processing or food manufacturing preferred.
RAF and SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Move products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.
Load and unload trailers with a standup forklift.
Stand for the entire shift and follow safety protocols.
Assist with moving and stacking product by hand when required.
