Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, Inc. in Casa Grande, AZ, is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator for a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotation. The role loads/unloads trailers, moves ingredients and finished goods, and supports multiple departments. Strong communication and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year experience driving a standup forklift.
• Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with RAF and SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Move products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
• Maintain organization and time-management during shifts.
• Stand for the entire shift and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Manage a high-stress environment effectively.
