Job summary

Lactalis Heritage Dairy in Casa Grande, AZ is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator. This full-time role requires a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotation, with competitive pay up to $22/hour and shift differentials. You will move ingredients and finished goods, load/unload trailers, and ensure safe handling of products.

Qualifications include a High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year forklift experience. Prior dairy manufacturing work is a plus; RAF and SAP knowledge is beneficial.

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator based in Casa Grande, Arizona.

The Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Warehouse Forklift Operator will load and unload trailers, and may be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential.

Full-time opportunity. This is a 12-hour shift (06:00 PM - 06:30 AM or 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM) on a 2-2-3 rotation. Up to $22 per hour, depending on knowledge skill, and experience. Shift differentials for 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%.)

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Moving products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Required to stand the entire shift. Occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally move more.
• Able to manage a high-stress environment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 6 months to a 1-year experience driving a standup forklift
• Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.

Specialized Knowledge

• Experience with RAF and SAP preferred
• Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills
