Job summary

Responsibilities include labeling pallets, tracking product movement, ensuring correct coding, and maintaining a clean, safe production area. The position involves long shifts, working with sanitation crews, loading trailers, and troubleshooting palletizer

Qualifications

Must have at least 1 year of forklift or heavy machinery experience.
Ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend English to follow verbal and written instructions.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all SOPs and HACCP guidelines according to UDA standards and expectations.
Adhere to all quality, safety and GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity.
Perform daily forklift checklist and keep production lines stocked with pallets and bags.
Apply pallet labels, track products on the Daily Pallet Tracking Log and log pallet moves.
Ensure new production is properly coded with legible print, correct dates, bag counts and product type.
Stack butter pallets safely, including triple stacking with slip sheets as needed.
Maintain swept production warehouse and remove damaged bags to AF totes.
Operate and troubleshoot palletizer using the HMI and ensure proper pallet flow.
